MCO 3.0 Update: Reasons for Your Application Approval is Rejected by CIDB
Recently, CIDB has released an information regarding the rejected applications to operate during the MCO 3.0.
The reasons are as follows:
- Applicant is not registered with CIDB
- Registration validity has expired
- The project applied is not listed as critical construction
- Contractor is facing disciplinary action by CIDB
- The project is not declared through CIDB’s CIMS system
- Contractor has overdue levy
- No information and number of employees
- The project is not related to the sector applied for
- Contractor/ subcontractor/ consultant/ developer/ supplier/ concession company did not state the name of the project accurately

The announcement also stated that the rejected applicants may appeal or reapply.
